Mistakes you make while exercising
Posted on enero 09 2020
If you think that playing soccer with your friends will help you lose weight and give you muscular arms and legs, you’re mistaken. With that exercise, you will never have a toned body. It takes much more effort than an occasional small exercise.
Personal trainer Betto Urrego, a Cross Training, and Fitness specialist, provided several tips that you should know if you really want to change your body through cross training and fitness. Pay attention to his advice so you can better avoid these mistakes in your routines.
Poor eating habits
You’re not helping yourself if you keep eating fried chicken! A healthy and balanced diet can help you get results much faster in the box.
If what you want is to increase muscle mass, you should consume protein and carbohydrates. If you want to lose weight and define muscles, you should get your carbohydrates from fruits and vegetables. Don’t have soda or junk food!
Betto Urrego recommends you start exercising gradually. Exercising frequently for the first few days can cause you a lot of muscle pain and make you not want to come back.
One of the most common mistakes is focusing on training only on one part of the body and neglecting the rest of it.
If you train hard but don’t see results anywhere, its time to review what and when you are eating.
If you are overweight and are looking to shed some pounds by practicing cross training and fitness, cardiovascular work should be your number one priority in building a more muscular profile. Don’t skip these workouts!
Stretching before and after practicing cross training and fitness helps you prepare your body so you can avoid fatigue. It also improves flexibility and mobility.
In order for exercise to become a habit, you have to train at least 21 days in a row. After that, you’ll have done the hardest part and will gradually begin to see the changes in your body.
Don’t be naïve! Before starting any routine, you should be advised by people who are recognized by certified training centers because your health is not something to play with.
