RETURN

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Free Return
Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. Free returns are available in the United States. You can return the item in new, unused condition, and undamaged original packaging for up to 30 days after purchase. Contact us to know if your item is eligible for free return.

EXCHANGES

Just return the product with your information to the below address, we will send you a replacement after receiving the defective product. If your exchange is approved, you will receive the item within a certain amount of days.

REFUND

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it, and if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) A 20% charge may be applied for restocking or shipping fee.

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and collateral costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Follow the instructions and include this information inside your return package. Any other way will make it impossible for us to find your transaction, which will result in no refund or exchange for missing information.
