We are just a few days away from starting OPEN 2019, and today we want to talk to you about the care you must have before, during and after a Cross training & fitness and Functional Training competitions.
Before the competition
It is important to keep in mind that competition is made it to enjoy it, to have fun with your friends dedicated to Cross training & fitness and Functional Training, so you have to keep in mind that you are going to enjoy, so no stress.
You should consider your diet days before a competition as well, and a tip that we can give you is that you do not eat anything different that can hurt you, and try to advise you with a nutrition expert to tell you what you should eat for getting better performance.
The day of the competition
Enjoy the competition, do not be anxious, it is important to maintain a positive attitude.
After the competition
Rest, hydrate, and recover energy, make an analysis of this competition to take as a reference for the next one, realize your weaknesses and think about how you can improve. Motivate yourself to move forward for next week.
